This was my first time selling a house and Marshall Realty helped me thru the process. In my case, I had some work I needed to do on the carpet and some painting. Marshall suggested that I let them hire some contractors to do the work. I had some worries that the contractors Marshall used might be expensive - no such thing; they were very reasonable. And a couple days before closing, the buyer had a sudden request for me to remove some old fence boards in the backyard. Marshall did that for me free of charge! The house received 3 offers on the first day. Marshall indicated they had done pre-posting marketing. The lowest offer was at my asking price.
